We Are A-TINGLE! ARTRAGEOUS Is Coming!!
Ahh, Spring…we dream of you! Balmy breezes, thawing freezes…Artrageous teases! That’s right, ARTRAGEOUS! It’s our magnificent Spring Event, and we are beyond thrilled that it’s Coming Soon!
Artrageous is a fabulous art-centric event brought to you by your friends right here at Clark Street in Lincoln Park! Prepare yourself; our own gorgeous corner of Chicago will be transformed into a bustling hub of pop-up art exhibits, receptions, meet & greets, and a spirited art competition!
First up? An art contest! Over the next few weeks, scores of immensely talented artists will apply to compete for cash prizes and public accolades; for those selected to compete, the contest launches on Friday, April 19 with exhibits on display as of noon!
Once the competition is underway, the public (that’s us! You and me!) is invited to view and vote for their favorite pieces over the following two weeks, which will be displayed at various businesses along Clark and Diversey. We’ll let you know where you can view some magnificent art shortly! On May 4, after two weeks of voting, winners will be announced right here at VisitClarkStreet.com!
To keep us happy and satiated as we await the artists' awards, please join us for a rousing artists' reception to celebrate the competitors on Friday, April 19, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Location is TBD, and EVERYONE is invited to this FREE event!
