Hundreds of children and their parents came out to enjoy the gorgeous weather on Saturday, Oct. 30...along with almost 60 trick-or-treating merchants, 28 cleverly crafted scarecrows, costumed characters, magicians, stilt-walkers, and live entertainment.  Halloween Headquarters was filled with happy -- actually, let's just show you some pictures!
