Clark Street Spooktacular 2009 Highlights

Event Highlights

The inaugural Spooktacular hosted 66 trick-or-treat locations, 23 Merchant Scarecrows and 33 “Hair-Raising Savings” participants. Hundreds of children and their parents participated in activities including a costume contest, trick-or-treating through the neighborhood and a Hoyle Brothers concert in the plaza at 444 W. Fullerton.
